Minutes - 13/02/2013 (Meeting)

Minutes from Meeting 13th February

Everyone Present

Venue: Arkwright Cafe

The Following points were discussed as a group during last week’s meeting:

-          Website Template

-          Company Name

-          Slogan

Website Template

The chosen template we agreed on was the example titled “Into the Wild”

We felt this was iconic, simple and sleek creating a clear professional look and feel. By choosing this design our present and future clients will trust and believe in our business and services that we provide.

Consistency in the website we all felt must be kept in: themes, concepts, colours, textures, text types etc.

Company Name

There were a few names brought up in the meeting but no defiant discussion on one. Key works that we felt we need to incorporate or relate to are:

-          Agriculture

-          Farming

-          Architecture

-          Urban

-          Infrastructure

-          Agronomy

One name that was liked by some of the directors were: Agronomy Architects or Agronomy Infrastructure

Slogan

Whilst at the meeting the discussion of our company’s slogan was brief, it was perceived that this is an important element to the website and to our company’s vision.

The slogan will need to be a sentence or a few words that tells future clients/customers what our company’s thesis/aspects on building/developing/restoring etc.

Short, Snappy?

How do we want clients to perceive us?

What is our target market?
