Our post-SAVI service is evaluated and included in the cost plans during development, the value of which is determined by the design factors such as scale, oreintation and location. This is a two year service where clients can access their building energy values to make ammendmants and also gain advice directly from us at our office. After the two years, the client can still access their building information through their account log-in but is released of all additional information services. The point of which is we assume they've learnt enough during that period to operate it by themselves. If they require any additional information after this time, extended service plans can be arranged at a cost.
