Competition

Who are our own competitors?
Currently operating in the UK are no other competitors offering our exact service. As we’re operating at a niche level we instantly have a superior advantage over the larger portion of the market.
However there are organisation such a BREEAM and the Green Deal which aim to gain the same result as our system – creating low energy, sustainable design solutions.
What separates us from our competition?
Compared to similar companies in the market our system doesn’t use physical devices which are applied onto a building after completion. Instead the technology is seamlessly integrated into the building during construction, monitoring the building internally and more accurately. The technology and methods used to integrate them gives our schemes an intelligent personality by analysing the substructures.
Companies which aiming to create zero carbon buildings in ways other than monitoring systems, don’t have the same long term commitment that we provide for our clients. Instead most companies will leave the client post completion assuming it works accordingly, then offer little maintenance afterwards. With SAVI our standard commitment plans offer at least two years’ worth of help towards our clients.
What about home electrical energy monitoring systems?
There are an abundance of devices of a similar nature which home owners can use to monitor the electrical consumption in their homes.
Ranging from £25-£200 between models, these devices function by plugging directly into the electrics at various locations around the building where readings are taken. This information is then sent to a central computer which displays where and how you’re spending the most energy.
The main thing we differ from in relation to electrical monitoring systems is they only measure the electrical consumption of a building. As well as our systems doing this, we also use sensitive thermostats which monitor the heating transfers between spaces. From this we can evaluate the solutions required to reduce of increase these effects depending on the season.
