The built industry is constantly evolving towards our ever shifting culture, with advancements in technology and sociality improving daily. Architectural design shouldn’t shy away from these cultural movements but instead embrace and utilise them within their own walls to create greener, smarter buildings. Sustainable design currently plays a massive role in the built environment, with green buildings encouraged within our culture continuously. With the addition of greater monitoring technology these buildings can be assessed against their proposed functionality and whether they’re efficient enough.
Marketing is a core principle of SAVI in ensuring the correct working of our brand and product. By evaluating the current climate through identifying our competitors, our strength, weaknesses and opportunities, we can place ourselves on the map to ultimately help form our own position and aims within the market. Marketing also deals with the image that is represented by our brand, including how it reaches our client and the way it’s perceived.
