Management and Administration - Relation to the Community

Relation to the Community

Community Contributors
SAVI architects aims for a leadership role in our geographic area. We have set deep roots in the community, developing close relationships on both social and political levels. Our firm seek premier local project work that ranges across the board in size and type, including public buildings, police and fire stations, recreation centres, schools, shelters, public works, and other municipal facilities. For projects requiring significant technical knowledge, we team with a network of project-type specialists around the country.
SAVI are known to be woven into the fabric of the community letting our firm open doors that are usual closed to outsiders. We can expedite decision making by virtue of our professional and personal relationships in the community.
Part of SAVI manifesto is to invest heavily in local networks, focusing on community projects in and around the Nottingham area. SAVI scouts for funding, arranges real estate opportunities, and organises the entire project for the potential client. This package of services takes us out of the realm of competition and fee-for-time relationships. Besides a healthy design fee, SAVI receives part of the development and construction management fees.
