Management and Administration - Office Structure

Office Structure
Following completion of our business plan earlier in the year, we are pleased to announce the appointment of a six members of the team. These appointments form part of our growth strategy in our strategic plan that has resulted in further project successes.

Finance Director Joe Peake joins us from the University of Nottingham where he received a PhD in Monitoring Building Integrated Agriculture. Before starting his PhD Joe was involved in a wide range of projects, originally crop strategy analyser which lead him to research building integrated agriculture. Whilst doing his PhD Joe managed the UK’s first integrated agricultural building.

Management and Administration Director Jessica Taylor-Tibbott previously worked at  Swanke Hayden Connell Architects where she was involved in a number of challenging projects ranging from government public building such as hospitals to mixed use developments refurbishment. Most recent of which Shekou Network Valley Development where she acted as design team leader, on site, providing daily support and contract administration services.
Marketing Director George Pearson, formerly at Franklin Ellis Architects, brings extensive residential and conservation experience from a range of significant projects delivered over the past 5 years working as Architectural Technician. He played a key role in the restoration and conversion of Early Georgian Grade II listed Willoughby House from offices to retail providing bespoke accommodation for fashion design Paul Smith.

Website Director Serra Uzun has joined us from America where she has work extensively on renewable energy and sustainable buildings as an energy reviewer, bringing knowledge and experience into SAVI practice. She also plays a key role in designing the interior of our schemes creating an innovative approach to interior architecture. Serra’s main role in the SAVI practice is Web Administration and continuously updating our Live monitoring systems.

Design Director Sian Maycock joins SAVI from BDA Architecture. Highly experienced across a range of sectors, Sian has been at the front line of developing smart building designs. Lately, her focus has been commercial developments and the integration of commercial monitoring systems into existing buildings. Her experience in leading projects across the country is of great benefit to our project delivery throughout the studio.

Technology Director Franklin Anucha previously worked at Alan Joyce Architects gaining experience on a variety of projects from house extensions to large scaled commercial projects. His responsibilities for SAVI is to source sustainable solutions to our designs dealing with the attitudes to carbon reduction, carbon footprint and awareness to trends.
